POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Answer and direct phone calls
Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assists in preparation of various regularly scheduled reports
CRM management
Data entry
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
Help manage logistics for Turo fleet of vehicles
Delivering vehicles and paperwork to dealership partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant
Must have HS degree
Proficient in MS Office
Working knowledge of office equipment, printers, fax, copiers
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Must have a clean driving record, as will be required to drive company vehicles on occasion
